POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE - A credit card is required to book. By booking you consent for your card to be charged a partial or full fee of your original booking as per the policies stated below.
CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULING / NO SHOWS
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so before 48 hours prior to your appointment time. This allows me to open the time to other clients.
Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $60 fee. If you need to change your appointment, please do so before the 48 hour time frame to avoid fees.
Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment, or if you miss your appointment without providing notice, will incur a fee equal to the value of your scheduled session. These fees will be charged to your card on file.
NO-SHOWS
I will always reach out to you if you are a few minutes late to try to avoid a no show fee, but your appointment is considered a no-show if I don’t hear from you within fifteen minutes into your scheduled appointment time.
At this point the session will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled so that I can make other arrangements for my time, and will incur a fee equal to the value of your scheduled session. No shows after the fifteen minute mark will not be accommodated remaining appointment time.
If you are going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can arrange my time accordingly and any fees can be avoided.
LATE ARRIVALS
If you are going to be late, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can arrange my time accordingly and any fees can be avoided. In some instances and if my schedule permits, I may be able to accommodate the full length of your session for a late arrival, but this cannot be guaranteed.
EMERGENCIES
If you are unable to make your appointment due to an emergency or positive covid test, please get in touch as soon as possible so that your appointment can be rescheduled and any fee waived.
ILLNESS
I value the wellness and the safety of my clients, families, and myself. If you are feeling sick, please rebook 1 week out to protect others & myself from getting sick.

Moon Mirror Massage & Energy Magick accepts HSA/ FSA, Venmo, Cash, and credit cards.
TIPPING / PAY IT FORWARD
I don’t expect or encourage tipping at my practice.
But if you feel called to leave something extra - I put it directly toward sustaining my sliding scale offerings.
Sliding scale is a community-based practice, and isn't only about making care accessible for those who can't otherwise afford it. It is also about community creating access to that care by paying it forward - the other side of sliding scale that a lot of people don’t consider!
